Not only does my husband use these but so do my dogs. They are very effective and do not cause stomach upset or digestion problems. Not an overly large pill so easy to swallow. Great strength.

Works as it should, great deal!

WORKS!! BUT! For about two months my back better and better. and everything else got worse and worse. I started getting daily headaches staring with a stiff neck and creeping up the back of my head. worsening brain fog. SO many things can cause this, this supplement was not even a thought until I forgot to take it on vacation and suddenly my headaches were gone and I felt like a real person for the first time in months. I stopped taking it and sure enough, my back pain and SI joint pain are back. So this does work and I truly believed it would be a bunch of hooey. no anti inflammatories have ever helped. Even a degenerated disc in my back felt better.But.. sulfites in the MSM are a common cause for headaches and migraines, so if you're mysteriously suffering from these, consider this. Sulfites are also commonly found in wines and other brewed beverages. It was cider that finally made the lightbulb go off that it's sulfites that are to blame.NOW also makes a pure glucosamine, so ordered some and will keep my fingers crossed that it works just as well without the nasty side effects.

I buy this supplement for my husband, he’s not young (33y.o.) and has arthritis, he said that he was feeling more pain while taking this supplement comparing to other so I don’t know. I won’t order this again and gonna try something else

I suffer from joint pain and recently underwent surgery on my hip. Wanting to find a natural way to ease pain and maintain joint health, I began researching glucosamine and chondroitin.Chondroitin is a naturally occurring substance formed of sugar chains. Chondroitin is believed to help the body maintain fluid and flexibility in the joints. Glucosamine is sugar protein that helps your body build cartilage (the hard connective tissue located mainly on the bones near your joints). Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance found in bones, bone marrow, shellfish and fungus. Chondroitin and glucosamine is a combination product that has been used in alternative medicine as a possibly effective aid in treating osteoarthritis pain. Other uses requiring additional research have included treating rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, cataracts, glaucoma, bladder problems, heart disease, high cholesterol, or tmj. I was excited to try this supplement and needed a vegetarian version since it is typically derived from shellfish and I have recently developed an adult onset allergy to it. I have taken this supplement for about a month and have noticed less stiffness and pain in my joints. I also do not have the fatigue I generally experience after spending all day on my feet in the classroom. Overall I am very pleased with this product and it's value.

I am a vegetarian, and after being a vegetarian for about 25 years, anything made from meat products makes me nauseous. Also, I have trouble swallowing pills, and live in fear of choking to death on my vitamins. Then, I suddenly developed serious arthritis pain in my hip. My doctor took X-rays and said to come back when I was ready for surgery. So, I have started taking magnesium, and also glucosamine. I really feel that these two supplements help. (I also bounce lightly on my rebounder, use my electric massager, and sleep on an adjustable bed.) These Now Foods glucosamine capsules are a little longer than the Instaflex that I tried at first, but they must be a little thinner as I don't have any trouble swallowing them. I think the gel caps dissolve nicely, so they slip down my throat instead of sticking. You only have to take 2 capsules a day to get 1000 mg, whereas with some other brands you have to take 3 a day. The price on these is incredibly low! I will continue to take these, and highly recommend them. I don't know a lot about MSM, but I read that glucosamine is supposed to provide moisture to your joints.

Used for many years for joints. Now all okay

This brand is a great value compared to other similar offerings. I have a torn meniscus inmy left knee. I was not able to kneel or bend for even a short time to play with my kids on floor without pain. My primary purpose was to give me relief while I research surgery options as well as figure a a plan for recovering in my current tri-level house. Today I am pain free. I began in Februrary, doubled dose for six weeks, pain decrease dramatically. I then went with the recommended dose until present. I am aware of my injury so certain activities are off limits until I find a solution like soccer. I know being o. A long flight ins cramped seating arrangement will give me a painfully knee upon arrival even with stretching while in flight. I do not have arthritis. I have found that certain homeopathic immune boosters will cause my knee to hurt. I have found this formulation to work for me. Remember the knee will need a certain amount of activity to heal. I went on vacation in March and forgot to bring this, pain returned. That was too soon from when I started in February. Everybody condition is different. My mom took a glou+msm+chondroitin did not help her.
