Good things - Product is same as described.Rest all are smartly not mentioned i returned this product due to below major reason - when you put your food and plug in for making food warm that time plastic body gets heated to keep food hot and a very major smell of plastic burning you will smell. how such heated food will be good for health in which a plastic body is getting heated. the inner body should be of steel which should heat the food not the plastic body.Go through the images which i have taken.this details is not in any comments or review. so i feel ppl should check the facts. thisnk this before placing the order.
