The shampoo is not even a shampoo. It is just like a conditioner and not even close to a shampoo. Though it is written as “shampoo”. I have bought this product about an year ago and used it couple of months back. It is past the return date. I don’t even know whether I will get a refund or not. Any help will be appreciated.

I purchased this same shampoo from a salon and loved it. I then purchased it from Amazon and it is not even close to what I had before. It is very thin and does not even smell like the original purchase. I disliked it so much, I threw it away after a few uses.

I have used this shampoo for years. This product is defective. It feels like plastic in your hair. It does not lather at all and leaves hair feeling like plastic. I asked for a refund, heard nothing and threw it out. I just asked for another refund, we will see. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON!!!
