Works great Nice size to carry pochade box

I was able to scale down in the amount of “stuff” I need to be comfortable when I’m plein air painting. No need for my portable chair and I put all my essential supplies in the bag.

Frame is twisted so it doesn't roll when collapsed. It rolls okay when the frame is expanded (as when opening it to stand upright. Not worth returning it for that, but wish it operated better.

I used the cart at an outdoor plein air paint out. Best ever. Convenient.

There is one reason to pay upwards of $50 for this cart: it’s claim that it can hold a French Easel...which is a beast to carry far, with any other gear, for plein air.Well? It doesn’t. On my standard Julian Full Box (the most classic make of French Easel on the market) the wing nuts are just enough to prevent it from sliding into the case. I wish I’d given it a test run before a weeklong workshop instead of trusting it’s claim. I was stuck with a useless contraption to haul my stuff around with during a heat wave and it wasn’t pretty.

I am so happy with this purchase! I am a world dancer and I also play percussion to accompany other dancers. This cart transports my doumbek, tambourine, finger cymbals, and various dance props and gives me a comfortable place to sit when I'm drumming. It moves easily over any terrain that I've come across...curbs, grass, mulch, etc. and I can lift it relatively easily into and out of my Trailblazer. A longer handle would definitely improve the mobility but I just love it and would buy it again.
