Need a USB C lead to recharge at the case, but came supplied with a Micro USB lead which is useless. Fortunately had a spare USB C lead so was able to charge them. Sound good if you're able to charge them.

I loved the product and it wad exactly how i expected it to be. The quality and the duration for every charge is pretty good

I had just got the Skullcandy earphones yesterday and I was excited about receiving them now don’t get me wrong the sound was great and it connected to the phone so easy when u were listening to music u could not hear anything round u which sometimes is a plus but I could not figure out how to make calls or answer them but that is nothing the issue is that I had paid the money for them now they were half charged and when I came home I thought I would try the charger cable but I ran in to a issue where the cable was not going in to the part it was meant to and even if u got it a certain way then it would not stay in it would come back out and the more u tried the worse it got to the point the wee bit got pushed back and up so there was no saving that part but the fact is that I or mummy should not have had to fight with it as much as we did to the point the cable gone wrong as well at the end. I believe in being far with the comments but I don’t think it’s right u have to fight as much with the cable to charge it to the point the cable and the little bit inside of the case where the charger goes gets damaged I admit I did fight with it and even mummy tried to help me but by the end I was so annoyed with it I gave up and there was no way of saving it I had to just throw it in the bin cuz once they run out of charge then I would not be able to use them anyway but the cable was the hardest thing even mummy said the same it’s like it doesn’t want to go in and if it does it won’t stay in. Now I love skullcandy but I am disappointed that I had to throw away my brand new earphones just cuz of the charger and charging issue. I feel I wasted my money and am actually not sure if I would buy anything like that again of here in case the same thing happens. U might be lucky to get the charger easy and have it that it stays where it’s meant to but it just didn’t work for me to the point both end up broke beyond saving I had to just throw it in a bag into the bin over it.I hope this helped there is good points like I said which is the sound,easy connection to ur phone,they look amazing,If u wanna block the world out then they do the job.But I can not lie about the bad point which is the charger cable will not go in where it’s meant toIt will not stay in it keeps coming outIf u fight with it then it breaksU have to throw them away as they are passed the point of savingI was extremely excited but now am just annoyed and extremely disappointed
