I bought it for my mother and I am very happy when my mother now can hear me clearly. It’s small and good looking. Very good! I really recommend this product over others! Just go for it!

Worked for a month. Even bought a box of batteries. Wasted my money.

Works well but irritates the ear. The fidelity is quite good, however it is difficult to adjust while placed in my ear.

My father really likes the NewEar but a piece has fallen off the back of the item. Trying to find out the process to follow to have repaired??

Device is not real usefull. Plastic tube between the ear piece and the receiver is too stiff causing the receiver to lift away from behind your ear. Also, to turn the device on/off you must open the battery compartment which neans the battery often falls out.

Arrived promptly. I buy it for my dad and it has worked great. My dad now can hear better and he is very happy now. It is such amazing value for a really effective hearing aid.!!!!!

I could not get it to work right. Retured it.

The "mode" function really doesn't do anything.
