Waste of money
I have experience with kefir and followed the instructions carefully, but this batch didn't turn out as expected. Despite my efforts, it stopped at a certain weight and never grew further. I should at least receive a new batch or a refund.

Very bad loss of money
After 5 days the grains are not activated yet. Temperature is monitored and all the conditions for activation are there. I have experience with water kefir and fermented food ... but no this products is not good. I ask for a refund or at least send anothed sample
