Broken pens
The pen was broken and I'm quite disappointed 😞

Super comfortable to use
The product is just as described. It's smudge-proof, water-proof and the ink doesn't bleed. Overall, a 10/10!!

Pens run dry
The media could not be loaded. Most of the pens were already dry. They run out of ink in a few lines. In a few strokes it’s like working with a light pencil- not a microtip pen! Sad
