Nicer then my AITOR jungle 1.
Nicer then my $285 AITOR jungle 1 survival knife and a fraction of the cost. I sent my AITOR back, and I kept this one. Sharp blade, nice quality sheath, very well made knife for the money.

Best storage handle knife I've seen
Pretty good "Rambo Knife" (hollow storage handle). Seems to hold its edge so far. Not normally a fan of the hollow handle knives. The storage space usually isn't worth the durability trade-off of not having a full tang. I tried this one because the blade and handle were billed as being cast as a single piece (they are). So far it looks solid. Included survival items are average commercial stuff that you'll customize to your preference (example: I ditched the button compass in the butt cap & replaced with coiled magnesium fire starter & added a lensatic compass in the pouch). The included smaller blade with skeleton handle could also be pressed into service as a spear point. The handle on the primary knife might not "love" your hand after a long day's work, but that can be fixed by wrapping with paracord or wearing gloves.I haven't tried this feature yet, but the sheath contains a frame that folds out to make a sling-shot, along with some surgical tubing & pouch. It's an interesting add-on.For the price, there is nothing to complain about. I don't know how well the blade will stand the test of time, but so far it looks good.

Great tool!!!
Very impressed with this survival tool. It has a sharpening stone under the parachord. It is heavy, sturdy and came very sharp, and the serrated edge can be used to saw large limbs with ease. The compass works the way it is supposed to. The handle has a rubber gasket to store items that you don't want getting wet, ie. the band aid, matches, and the flint pad for the matches. The sheath insert allows you to store the rubber sling shot tube, sling shot pouch, fishing hooks, fishing line, weights, needle and thread, pencil, surgical blade, and for easier access I placed the sharpening tool in there as well. The small surgical blade can be used for first aid or making an arrow head. The small knife tool has a gutting tool, can opener, and can be used as a wrench for bolts. Finally, it came with a good amount of parachord. Overall it came as advertised, except it was mixing the fire making stick/flint. It is at a fair price. Overall, I'm very satisfied and thus gave it 5 🌟. I recommend it for preppers, hunters, campers, or knife enthusiasts.

Just like the one I had when I was a kid!
Bought this "survival" knife for my son this past Christmas. It is incredibly similar to the one I had when I was a kid. There's just something magical about having a knife/tool that has all sorts of little gizmos and doo-dads stashed away inside it. I don't know if my chances of survival would have been any better with one of these knives had I really been in a survival situation, but having the knife made me feel safer. To me, these are more like toys than actual tools, and my boy was wanting a survival knife, so I got him this one. We took a trip down to our local flea market, trying to find someone who still sells this type of survival knife, but had no luck. The only place I could find them was here on Amazon. This knife has so many accompanying accessories that I can't even begin to list them from memory, but my boys eyes lit up when he realized that you can actually piece together a slingshot using the surgical tubing and the sheath. He thought that was the best thing since sliced bread.Again, I can't say if this is actually a usable tool to boost someone's chances of surviving in the wild, but it sure is a cool thing to have when you are 12 years old! Would I recommend it for every young kid? No. Of course not. If you don't trust your youngsters with sharp objects, then stay away, but if your young survivalist has an adequate sense of responsibility, it's awesome. As I said, to me, it's more of a toy than a tool.

Great knife
The quality of the knives is satisfactory. I found it disturbing that the sheath did have what appeared to be mold on it which I was able to clean off with white vinegar and a warm wash, but overall it seems to be a very useful item.

Perfect gift for anyone
Bought this for my husband as a gift and he loved the quality. The blades are nice and sharp. And great pack to have on hand. I think everyone should have something like this on hand! Easy to take with you camping or hunting.
