Metal Earth A-10 Warthog Airplane 3D Metal Model Kit Fascinations

A great looking model once it's complete but a challenge to assemble. Several missiles that need to be rolled into tubes. They include several little sticks to help you roll them but I found him to be a little too narrow so I end up using ink cartridges from ballpoint pins. These tin models take serious commitment to assemble well.

not really a beginner item, wish i had a bit more practice in before doing this one. it has a alot of small cones and tubs on it. it does provied small plastic rollers though

A very challenging build but worth it

You need tiny clippers to cut the pieces out. And some of the directions are a bit complicated. But I can say I do love it. It took me a couple hours to put it together. But overall, it's a pretty good product. I love the A-10. So this made me happy.

These things are great, they are super hard to build (I don't have the steady hands of a heart surgeon), so the lighthouse model was easy for me, these are a bit harder. Now they have kits that come in boxes and take weeks to build (maybe if I'm in the hospital after surgery I'll build one. Best advice is buy some tools, buy a set of micro snips to cut these out, and nice long pliers (I use them to ensure straight bends when needed). These are a great value for the price, and they look great.

Easy to put together

There is a learning curve when starting out. Take your time, get a magnifying glass if needed and enjoy the process.

fun project! nothing to write home about, it probably will just become another trinket, but they are pretty cool, and I'm happy with the purchase!
