Q: Grams of sugar per serving? What cereal has a similar sweetness level?

This is definitely not a sweet cereal. It is a healthy cereal with flaxseeds and other nutritional ingredients in it. It was one of the suggested foods weight watchers gave me years ago. It is high in fiber.

Q: Is this really gluten free? It has barley in it.

There are four ingredients in Uncle Sam's Whole Wheat Berry Flakes and Flaxseed Cereal: whole grain wheat, flax seed, barley malt, and salt. It is vegan; nowhere does it advertise that it is gluten-free.

Q: Why are all the bad cereals easy to come by? the healthy cereals are either very expensive or disappeared?

In my view, it's all related to the return on investment. Bad cereal is cheaper to produce. Healthy alternatives don't make as much profit because it apparently cost more to produce. This is my opinion and not verified by any data of which I'm aware.
