This was my go-to cereal, a repeat purchase every other week. I've been frustrated by its recent unavailability and am now very disappointed to find out it's been discontinued. It was one of the few cereals I found truly filling and satisfying without any added sugar. So sad to see it go!

Excellent cereal.

The box is 8" x 6" and, like most cereal, is only about 2/3 full. If you think you will get a typical amount of cereal, you will not. This is good and bad. Eating it is an expensive proposition if you'd like to eat more than 1/2 of a cup of it. But on the good side, it might keep you from overindulging, as it did with me.Finding a no-sugar cereal was absolutely necessary for me to quit processed sugar. Topped with blueberries it's quite tasty and even works as a modest dessert, which is exactly what I needed to quit sugar cold-turkey. If a bad craving arose it was a great stop-gap (just don't forget a few berries).I definitely recommend the product, it continues to be worth the expense for me -- a recovering sugar abuser and addict -- but it can't compete price-wise with other healthy cereals that cheat with sweeteners.Just be aware of the amount you'll get and the price you will pay. Buying bulk helps.
