Best sling! Buy this now!
After fracturing my shoulder, I was given a cheapo fabric sling in the urgent care that was too small for my arm and kept sliding off my shoulder. After a return trip to the ER, I was given a larger, slightly better sling, built the straps were cutting into my neck and it was still difficult to keep in place. The discomfort from those two slings was leading me to not wearing one at all, slowing my healing significantly. This sling is a Godsend.I am not kidding when I say the moment I slid my arm into the cushy neoprene I felt instant relief. The straps are over the shoulders so no more sliding down - instant support. And the immobilizer band is the best part. It keeps everything secure and snug and is soooo comfortable. I now can wear the sling all day and night without whining or giving up trying. Also, if you are a busty girl like me, do not have second thoughts - it WILL fit and it is comfortable!

Much better than the alternatives
I initially purchased a different sling from a drugstore because I needed it right then, but it was trash. This sling, however, was worth the wait for delivery and it was the same price I paid at the drugstore! This arm sling provides great support and comfort. It's about as easy to use as it gets. I initially had help putting it on, but have since been able to put it on myself, even with my injured arm. I'm a large man, so I ordered the large size. It's a perfect fit for me. I can adjust the straps to allow my arm to hang higher or lower on my body with little trouble. The additional band that goes around the chest helps further immobilize the arm.I think my only complaint is that it digs into my neck a little bit, but nowhere near as bad as the other sling I tried. And if it were a real problem, I'd contact their customer service line.

Works well
I will say this after a recent surgery pacemaker installation. This is a great device to wear a hold your arm, right where it needs to be for your recovery but are you gonna have a hard time sleeping with it? I recommend.

Well made product!
Fractured shoulder, had to keep immobile. Medical‘sling’ was terrible option. This was a perfect answer. I have a bit of extra Torso, so needed to stabilize arm. I did use one additional Velcro strap that worked better than wide option. The sling pulled in my neck so badly, this was the perfect option. I have one more suggestion … add a hand/ wrist Velcro strap to affix to wider piece to keep arm close to body.

Offers Great Options
The sling that's given at the hospital and/or doctor's office isn't the best caliber. It doesn't offer much by way of adjusting the straps etc. Also, the material is awful - all you can do is sweat and chafe. So, we definitely needed something else to assist with a fractured and dislocated shoulder. We bought the extra large size and it's been great! Such an improvement over the hospital's give-a-way. The arm/shoulder is supported via both shoulders (versus across the back of the neck) using a criss-cross velcro system. Both of the strap velcro ends open to adjust (adjust velcro straps from front or back) to what is most comfortable for the injured person. And, there's another large velcro strap to immobilize the injured arm/shoulder. Great material - easy to care for and wash in gentle soap/cycle. No chafing! Very worth the money.

No instructions. No video tutorials. Come on, It's 2021.
I'm sure this product is helpful to the people who can figure it out. I'm not one of those people. It arrived without instructions. It did, however have a picture of the straps crossing in the back, which seemed rather tough for somebody to accomplish with a bad shoulder. So, I searched YouTube for an instructional video, but came up empty-handed. I did, however, find a sales video with comments from several people who, like myself, were mystified by the product and surprised that it did not come with any instructions. My recommendation would be that the manufacturer spend a few minutes recording a simple instructional video of somebody putting this thing on. And until they do, I'd heartily recommend that purchasers refrain from buying this shoulder harness unless they a whole lot smarter than I am!
