Q: Who shoulders the return shipping cost, the buyer or Lumino?

Customer has to pay return shipping. Shipping cost more than the item. DO NOT BUY...Very cheaply made and not near the quality of other faux wood blinds

Q: Is the headrail exactly the same size as the slats?

No, the headrail slat is approx 1" taller in height and the width is approx 1/2" wider. It looks like a header and looks well with the blinds.

Q: If I am mounting in the inside of it is 30 inches wide do I order 30.5 inches

Hello, If you are inside mounting and your window width is 30-inches, then I would suggest ordering a 30-inch width. You will then receive a 29.5-inch width which will allow for some space. Lumino
