Great sound, i had no problem with sound clarity or bass, overall awesome but some problems.Takes time for first connection with phone or on laptop.Battery life I think is low and lasts around 10 hrs of continuous usage.Can be a little discomfort since the buds have buttons on them so sometimes volume can change some change etc during sleeping.

Very nice design fits well in ear

i bought this product in dec.23, soon after buying the right one started disconnecting very often, oct.24 right one stopped working completely and i got it replaced in Sony Centre, before dying connection and disconnection was still there. and now after 13 months left bud stopped working. i spent this much money to get this problematic device, sony had degraded its quality. This device has by default technical issue since factory. my other earbuds like one plus n noise are working good since years. but i invested this much money in this device and the output is zero. i feel cheated.

this earphone is not for listening music. we can use it only for calls.

I am using this from last 1 month battery backup is good if I charge one time the battery stays for 5-6 days depending upon usage.2) Base is good I can adjust it according to my preference with the app3) touch buttons are okay don’t need much pressure. Just a little touch is okay.4) noise cancellation does not come but design is as such it’s a natural noise cancellation.5) comfort is fine we can change buds according to our ear shape.6) overall It’s a good product as per price much better than garbage Boat products.

Not too loud,crisp and clear,worth every penny,no distortion even at full volume,price is bit high but you won't regret after buying it.loved iit superb product from sony .only con is mic quality other wise sony c 500 beast for music lovers...
