Very Good product on a budget
Great product and value for money. Delivered promptly and a ticket raised for installation automatically. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained clearly. The machine is completely noiseless and the dishes were extremely clean. We tried 3 programs so far. We liked ECO clean. We tried both detergent and tablet. The tablet seems to be more effective with the Eco program. Very happy with the machine so far.

Worst service - think twice before buy this
I am using this product for the past 2.5 years, got an issue now - showing error and not working, I raised service request before 22 days, it's not yet fixed, they are unable to find the route cause, the service technician visited 4 times and changed one part each time of his visit in past 22 days, 1st visit he said issue with a tap inside the dish washer have no stock of that spare part, then changed the tap during 2nd visit, not working, during 3rd visit he changed salt tank inside dish washer and not working, during 4rd visit he changed the mother board, still it's not working. I am sure they don't know how to find the issue and what to be fixed, instead they changed one by one in assumption. Not sure what will they change next time. If you need good service post sale , please don't go for this brand strictly for dish washer. Go with the brand who have more experience in dish washer for better service post sale, otherwise it will be a head ache for you. For a everyday using items, it will be difficult if they took 22 days time and its not fixed yet , not even found the root cause. Frustrated....

Burden reducing Machine
I bought this dishwasher as our house help was continuously ineffecient in washing utensils. They used to leave oil spots and tea cream on the edges of the cups and plates. One more thing that hurt me the most was the water consumption by the househelp, so bought this machine to my surprise the utensils get cleaned so good that they sparkle just like new. Some downside i would say is that you would need to remove all the food particles or else they will get stuck in the filter and the machine is not applicable for silver and aluminium utensils, because they react with the chemicals and turn black thats y we should also avoid the aluminium vessels completely as they will leach into food too.One of the reasons to buy was these machines completly sanitise the utensils as they are washed with hot water. The machine required three things that you will buy with machine and they are diswasher salt, detergent and rinse aid. They improve the Life of the machine as well as the utensils. The cost of each wash comes with these material comes to around 25 to 30rs which i see is very affordable for the level of cleaning i get, as our househelp was costing me for the same task around 70 to 80 rs.

Just enough for a family of two.
For most buyers, the first and most important question which they ask themselves would be--Is it worth the investment? How useful it is going to be?I finally decided to cross the bridge when my wife fractured her arm. It would be useful to her after six weeks, I thought. Now, these are FAQs.1. Are vessels clean after wash?Yes, squeaky clean, provided you follow some rules.2. What are the general rules to be followed?Remove debris before loading, give a prewash without soap, load properly - - all vessels upside down, none one over the other, no overloading, use the right program. I felt Regular works best most of the time.3. What kind of vessels give best results? Most important: There are dishwasher-friendly shapes for dishes. Thalis should be thin (1 in or less), diameter less than 11 in. You may find need to buy new dinner plates. Aluminium kadais lose shine and become dark. No nonstick vessels, no copper vessels. I load microwavable plastic. If they can stand microwave temperatures, why not dishwasher temperatures? So far so good.4. Is it essential to use salt?Yes. Go to internet and read about salt, detergent, and rinse aid. Take what is written there seriously. You may not think much about rinse aid, as I did, and utensils come out drenching wet in all programs.5. What about installation-time?You need a few adaptors. "Connect the cold water supply to a threaded 3/4 (inch) connector..." (See photo.) Most kitchens will not have this, and installing technician mostly will return without installing on the first visit. You need to get this plumbing part done yourself before he would install. Also, the electric cable is only about 4 feet long, so be ready with a GOOD 3 core 16 A extension board. After installing, later you could do a permanent wiring.6. What about 3-in-1 detergent tablets?I tried that one easier route. The utensils were very wet after the wash and when I changed over to separate salt-detergent-rinse aid configuration, that problem went away. The tablets are costlier too. Do your math yourself. All data are available on Amazon, with respective consumables.7. Which is the best place to install?Kitchen counter top may not be, being a very valuable real estate. Your work area where plumbing and a 16 A outlet may be more suitable, provided there is protection from sun and rain. And wetness. The bottom of the dishwasher almost is in contact with the surface where it is kept, so that place should be kept dry.8. What about the degree of loading?I wash only once a day, else the washer inside space is not optimally utilized. (Family of two.) This means some utensils may not available for all the day, so you must have two or three of most of your favorite plates, pans, several ladles and spoons, cups, etc.9. Is it a worth buy?Well, yes... I think so. After all, household helps are... well, most clean less, demand more, complain more, and are often less reliable. Some prefer machines. I do.
