This is truly Chicken Soup for the grieving soul, I found it comforting after I lost my loved one. I now send this to others to help them find comfort and healing.

I love the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series! Two of my sisters have lost their husbands in the last couple of years. One of them is taking it harder and grieving deeper than I have ever seen. Her depression, despair, guilt and anger has been blacker than black. I purchased this book (and the other two grief books in the series) and gave them to her so she could see that she's not alone in how she feels. She has started reading them and has thanked me for the gift. I can see small changes in her day by day...positive changes.These books are great! You can find one that's applicable to nearly every life situation. Also, you don't have to start at the beginning...you can pick up the book, open to any page and start reading a short little story that will show that you're not alone in your struggles!Worth the investment many, many, times over!!!
