Q: Has anyone mounted this with a Sony a6600 camera? If so how ?

I use the magnetic backing, put them on hard surface standing or mount them on stands. I have not done on camera mounting.

Q: How do i connect this to my a7iii camera? would it slide in the shoe spot or what??? it didn’t say included any mounts n i don’t see em anywhere ???

It doesn't come with a mount you can use a standard camera mount i use mine as game lighting for streaming.

Q: can this be used plugged in so it doesn't need recharged? how long is the cable?

Yes it can be used in Studio Mode, which bypasses the battery usage. You have to change it in the options if you plan to keep it plugged in while using. The cable is a USB-C to USB-A that is 200 cm / 78.7 in long.

Q: Does this come with the stand (like a lamp) pictured? If not, can you purchase that stand seperately?

A stand is not included. The pictured stand is Elgato's Multi Mount system, which may be purchased separately. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out via support on Elgato's website.
