I cleaned the surface with acetone before applying the letters and numbers. 3 years later, no issues.I found it easy to remove each number or letter from the sheet. Take a razor blade to lift off each piece.

'Purchased this to add parking pass numbers to aluminized weather covers for cars (so I don't get hassled by Condominium Management wondering if/whether or not the underlying car was properly permitted to be on the property).While the numbers were a bit challenging to remove from the sheet (because the cutting die had apparently cut thru more than just the letters and thru the shiny part of the substrate), the adhesive's ability to stick to my finger(s) suggests to me that the numbers are unlikely to become dislodged from the cover. In fact, I think it would be difficult to remove them from the cover - so I am expecting a long service life from them.Bottom line: I'm happy with them - they're perfect for my application (and I'm looking for additional uses for the remainders) -- only time will tell, but I suspect that the numbers will outlive the car cover(s).

The numbers are great - but getting some of them off without the bottom paper that is covering the sticky side- I gave up on a few. Suggestion: order enough with room to spare. Otherwise. Very nice.

I purchased album dividers on Amazon and bought these based on some reviews and have to say they work well. I would suggest taking a razor blade or exacto knife to get them started when peeling off the sheet, works better than fingernail. They are a little flimsy so you'll have to take care to put them on straight but have good adhesive and should stay on a long time.

These letters worked perfectly! Ordered them to make a “Stop for Girl Scout Cookies” sign (actually, 2 of them). I only wish there had been more “C’s and O’s” But was able to make do due to there being numbers included with the letters. They removed from the paper easily without tearing or stretching. We ordered the white letters. A tip for those ordering and applying the letters - use soapy water on your base to make the letters “slide” in order to get them aligned and spaced correctly. You can then dab the soapy water off and your sign will be perfect.

These are alright, they'll work. There are a couple aspects that make them rather impractical. I ordered the white set. I wish everyone luck trying to peel off the white letters from the white background. I read reviews before purchasing the product about the background issue, but didn't really think much of it. It's excessively hard to remove the letters because of the background. My second issue with them are the inconsistent amout of letters. For example, there are three "L's" and two "K's". The discrepancy between letter quantities makes the labels hard to use for a second sign or callsign which might require more then two of each letter. All in all they will work. I'd recommend getting an extra set to have so when a letter gets ruined because the customer was unable to remove it from the indisinguishable background color, you won't have a useless sheet.

I had to order multiples to insure I had enough letters needed.

Used these letters on the rear window of my truck to make a saying. They reasonable easy to use and are adhering well even after a couple of washes. Cleaned the window with glass cleaner and wiped it off with an alcohol pad. Can honestly say that these vinyl letters stick great to glass. Would highly recommend these vinyl letters if they are being used on glass.
