Beksiński. BoSzArt Malarstwo / Painting Series

This book is beautiful, it show cases some of Beksinskis most famous peices. It is just about exactly what I was expecting, the only thing that caught me off was the size of the book. However the prints on the inside are still amazing.

Good, compact look at this master's work. Clear images that really allow you to see some detail despite the small size.

I got this as a Valentine’s Day gift for my boyfriend, who loves this artist’s work. He really enjoyed it.

Nice compact book and well bound. A short bio in Polish with English translation. Several paintings but detail difficult to make out. However, I miss any description of the paintings and I’m lost trying to understand the story behind each painting. That is to say what is the painting trying to tell us? What is the meaning or message this artist is trying to convey? I was prompted excited to buy this book after watching a documentary on the artist but other than the paintings, it’s like a silent movie with no dialog or subtitles.

Great book, great photos even though they are small but detail is visiable.

The small size of the book doesn't do justice to the pieces included. However, the prints are high quality and the work inside is amazing. It is not a book that gives descriptions of each print, but rather a book filled with Beksinski paintings alone. It is a wonderful resource. .
