First, thankfully, it's not hot. All my life I have bought Louisana Hot Sauce (it's not hot either). A friend heard me say I used Louisana and recommended I try Petes. Sure glad I did. It has at least ten times the flavor of Louisana and is NOT hot (not the way I use it, anyway).

Has the perfect amount of heat, not to hot, just right. I use it on a variety of foods.

This hot sauce adds a needed dimension to the taste of many foods.

The size I bought came in handy since I love ketchup and hot sauce on my French fries they normally don't always have what I like but this came in handy

I don't like hot food, but I like some heat on my food. Texas Pete's has almost the heat of Tabasco but more tasty pepper flavor. I used to have a hot sauce cupboard of 15-20 bottles and I got rid of most of them once I started using delicious Texas Pete's. I don't literally carry this hot sauce in my bag, but I should. It's a hundred times better than the sriracha, Louisiana, or Cholula that most restaurants seem to favor. It's adaptable to anything and doesn't have any cilantro flavor (which turned most of my family off of Cholula). My only concern is that it's not sold anywhere near me (in Chicago), but that's what the internet is for! Texas Pete's is my stocking stuffer for about a dozen people this year.
