These little benches have a lot of storage and are VERY sturdy. My husband stood on it one evening and I just about had a panic attack thinking it would collapse from his weight, but it didn’t. I first bought 1 to put in the front window so our nosey dogs can keep an eye on the neighborhood. Then I bought 2 more to save us from an expensive vet bill! You see - we have an 8 year old 5lb dog who likes to sit on the back of our sofa, and now a new 10lb 1 year old dog who likes to jump up onto the back of the sofa and push the small dog off and onto the floor. Scared us half to death to hear our smallest dog fall off and hit the floor. So I bought 2 more and put behind the sofa to cushion her blow next time she gets pushed off.

Great product! The color is nice and vibrant, and it's big enough to store blankets, towels, or any else for storage. It came folded, but it was easy to assemble. No screws or tools needed.

I first bought a storage ottoman at Costco and wanted more for other rooms. When I returned to Costco the item was no longer there. I turned to Amazon and found this one. I am very happy with this item, it was about the same price as the Costco one but I actually like this one better. The quality is slightly better than the Costco one.

These boxes work very well as an anti-clutter device.I currently have 9 of them, which sadly says something about how much clutter we had.There are a few points about them to mention:1. There is a very strong new-car smell to them. You may want to air them out for a week or so before deploying them.2. They work well against walls. Their size is small enough to be unobtrusive, but with a useful amount of storage space3. The claimed weight support needs to be taken with a large grain of salt.4. The larger size is divided into 3 sections. These sections are required for stability, and thus you cannot put large items in them. Ironically, the smaller size can fit larger objects than the larger one.5. The double-ended entry is very practicable.For the weight support, the figures they give may be acceptable in a laboratory environment, but in the real world, I doubt those figures are realistic. For occasional use and for people that place themselves carefully (or are lightweight to begin with), it is probably ok. I weigh next to nothing, so it not an issue for me. For occasional use, it's OK. More importantly, perhaps, is that seats look inviting, even if they are never used that way. It is a nice way to add to a room and hide junk.That quibble somewhat detracts from the main point. They are great at providing a place to hide junk and clutter that inevitably start to take over rooms and eventually the entire house. Their relatively small width and height dimensions make them easy to deploy in a number of situations.I don't particularly like many of their color options. They could improve their offerings there, but there were enough of an acceptable nature for the job at hand.

I love this bench. It is a nice size and holds multiple pillow and blankets. I like that you can open the top halfway and don't need to remove the whole lid. The only thing that I would add are handles on the sides if you need to move it to another room, but it's not a feature I will need to use much.
