great value kit for a beginner
My children made layered watermelon soap as end of term gifts for their teachers, we chose this kit as there was a lid to prevent a little of the temptation for the kids to poke the soap as it was curing. Cutter worked great- we found rotating the loaf of soap sideways prevented splitting along the layers.

Great way for making batch soap
So far when I have made soaps I have used individual moulds but I liked the look of this so I could make one big batch and so less messy. It works well and you have the two different types of cutters, depending on what style you are making. Good for crafting or hobbyists. Good quality piece of kit.
