No effect

It doesn’t work. Just have a healthy diet, exercise and portion control. There is no magic pill.

I used an older version of this probiotic, when they were known as Thryve. It's one of my favorites and I'm glad that the formula doesn't' seem to have changed in the couple years since I last took it. It won't make you lose weight, but I find that I don't gain weight as easily when I take it. I don't seem to retain as much water weight and stuff seems to clear out of my body more quickly after a weekend of cheat meals. I'm happy that I rediscovered this probiotic blend.

Didn't notice much of a difference at all.

I got 3 of these, the orange, blue, and purple, for myself and my family to try out.The purple one is the only one that says it doesn’t contain peanuts, wheat, fish, or shellfish, even though they all say they’re “vegetarian friendly” and free from common allergens on the listings.I am allergic to fish and shellfish (as well as being vegetarian), my sibling is allergic to peanuts and is vegetarian, and my dad can’t have wheat without a serious migraine.I’m concerned about the blue and orange ones, because only the purple says it doesn’t contain those. Only the purple says vegan, the others only say non gmo.This is serious and something to think about. I’m not sure I can trust these products to not harm us.The capsules are a fine size and the bottles are fine, but I won’t be consuming any of them so I can’t say how well they work.All 3 LISTINGS said they’re vegan friendly, and free from common allergens, but only one seems to have those things printed on the bottle, the other two specifically do NOT include those, but otherwise match the packaging so it seems intentional.The CAPSULES are vegetarian, but it doesn’t say the stuff INSIDE the capsules is. I don’t want to risk reactions or moral objections, so they are useless for us. Disappointed, especially considering the price. I thought they would be safe for us - because the listings specifically say they are.Copied from the blue listing - "Vegan-Friendly - These probiotics for women and men are made without animal products, nuts, GMOs, soy, and gluten -- perfect for those with sensitivities to common allergens"Last I checked, fish and shellfish are animal products - definitely not vegan, and peanuts are nuts - pretty much THE most common allergen. The exclusion of those on the packaging label, especially since the purple one does have them, makes me VERY cautious with these.I am just not convinced the blue or orange are safe for myself or my family, and it also makes me less trusting of the purple...So my conclusion - I will not take these, and I won't let my family take them. Do not order these if you have allergies or are vegetarian - the listing makes them seem safe, but the bottles themselves do not. I do not trust them. I'm incredibly disappointed.

I have taken probiotics for many years, I have never read anything negative about probiotics and have read a gazillion positive things. I try various brands. This brand seems very good, I love that it has a prebiotic so the probiotics will have something to nourish them, and I LOVE that there are several different strains of probiotics, because I know that some strains are good for weight management, some for digestive health, some for mental health, etc. I have been taking these for a few days with no issues. Recommended.

This review is for the “Ombre Metabolic Booster Daily Probiotic Energy Supplements, Supports Metabolic and Mental Health with Diarrhea, Gas, Bloating, & Constipation Support, 10 Billion CFU, Shelf-Stable, 30 Servings” which had a price of $39.99 at the time of this review.I really don't know what to say except that this “Ombre Metabolic Booster Daily Probiotic Energy Supplements" didn't work or do anything for me. I took these daily for at least a few weeks and I didn't experience anything and I did not even get any kind of "energy boost" from this supplement. Fist I took them cautiously at half the daily dosage, and gradually increased the daily dosages until I was taking twice the recommend daily dosage while continuing to get no affects from this supplement.As I said, While I didn't feel any boosts while taking this supplement, I also had no ill affects from this supplement. So I can't say if this supplement does anything at all for me. That being said, I won't recommend this “Ombre Metabolic Booster Daily Probiotic Energy Supplements" but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt that something positive might have happened and give this product 3 stars.
