Best TRUE ambidextrous mouse out there!
I adore this mouse. I recently had to replace my original Pugio that I purchased in 2017. I think that 6 years is a pretty good lifespan for a mouse that is used for MMORPGs, FSP shooters, and many more types of games for hours every day. I definitely had more than 25K hours on it before the center wheel stopped pressing down then the right click sensor got sticky. Due to its age when this happened, I simply bought a new version of the same one. The feel is great for my hand (I have petite hands) but it isn't 'tiny' either. The weight is a good balance. I also like the ability to swap out the side buttons and use them. I am left handed and use my mouse in my left hand. BUT it is very easy with the profiles to keep a right-handed one to swap to when my daughter would want to use it. Very versatile and reliable.

Wonderful Mouse
This mouse is, hands down, the best mouse I have ever owned.Pros:Very ComfortableGreat for GamingLights are GreatHighly CustomizableCons:Cord May Be Too Long for Some Laptop UsersOverall, this is an amazing mouse. Is it worth it? If you’re even a slight gamer, yes.One note is that you will need to download the ROG Armory to adjust the settings. It will let you change the lighting and brightness, looks great at minimal brightness. Especially nice next to an Asus gaming laptop.Overall, amazing, as long as you’re an active user of your computer.

Super Fast & Precise movements With Awesome RGB
This mouse definitely feels smooth when moving it around surfaces. The response rate is real good, and I think I'll be sticking with this mouse instead of the wireless mouse for quite some time. The style is very sleek and modern and the RGB lightning is placed at a place where It's not too distracting. The mouse overall looks very futuristic and It's a great mouse that's not too expensive. The mouse is quite light and that's great for the type of games I've been playing. Overall, This mouse is great to add to any of your ASUS ROG RGB items, and It all combines beautifully. 5/5.

ROG Pugio is any gamer's dream mouse
This is an amazing mouse for gaming and has easy to click side buttons. The Aura Sync and RGB on this mouse are also customize-able. The DPI on this mouse is great for any sensitivity and even has its own LED. The mouse even has gripping on the sides for better grip and accuracy. Overall I have gained a ton of skill from this mouse and now I am on the top of the skill list in my friend group. (written by son, George, 12yo)

great mouse with one thing you should know...
I play mostly casual games so I can't give a competitive perspective.first, it's a great looking mouse. I have average sized hands and I'm used to a claw grip from my previous mouse, Tt Theron, and this one seems more of a palm grip mouse. you can kind of claw it but there is very little space to place your thumb under the side buttons.

Sturdy little mouse.
I have been playing with the ROG Pugio for some time now. It feels heavier that my previous Razer Lancehead and Mamba, additionally it feels sturdy, with nice materials. The RGB color is pretty looking and once again it looks better than the Razer products.Configuration is set up in the ASUS Armory suit, very intuitive and easy to use. You have to options for DPI setting to configure and a top button on the Pugio to change it on the fly, I found this option very useful when you are playing FPS.

Asus makes great video cards/motherboards not mice.
This mouse was horrible. The feeling in my hand was terrible and for whatever reason this mouse would act as if I was holding lmb down even if I wasn't. I can't count how many times I would play a fps game and my weapon would just randomly mag dump without me clicking lmb on the mouse to do so. So bizarre. Never again. Logitech or bust when it comes to gaming mice.
