Good quality stainless steel
I used two lengths of 4mm rod to make a tape holder for a peg board (with 3D printed brackets)The rod is definately good quality stainless steel, as it isn't even slightly magnetic.

Good, but NOT easy to cut
Good quality, ends were a little rough. However the description claims "These things are very nice and easy to cut" - I found them impossible to cut shorter, so make sure you buy the actual length you need.

Steel rods
Fantastic and solid. Used too re-pin my broken miniature horses legs back onto the bases. Can be used for pinning other miniatures back together as well

gypsywarrier needs to do some research before writing reviews. Grade 304 stainless is not magnetic therefore using a magnet is not an accurate method of determining the iron content.These rods are stainless and are of very high quality. I used a grinder to cut them as they are very hard.
