Quickly Open Hook Screw Tool Set For Spyderco Paramilitary 2 Aluminium Alloy

Purchased to put on my Spyderco Para 3 and fits great! Difficult to set it just right at first but once in place it fits snug. A little bulky but this is to be expected with an add-on piece. Fast shipping. Even arrived a couple days earlier than expected.

After reading the reviews and debating getting this or not, I ended up giving it a shot. First it went on my cpm20cv para 3, and while it fit the Emerson wave feature was not smooth at all and it stuck way out on the blade no matter how it was adjusted. After a week on that knife I got tired of it and moved it over to my para 2 s45vn to see if that was any better and holy crap is it night and day. The blade now fully opens nearly every time out of the pocket and is nearly as smooth at my endura/delica wave.As far as I could tell it’s all due to the angle of the blade where the spydiehole is, the para 3 sweeps down at a much steeper angle and doesn’t really work well with a wave style opener. Now that it’s on my para 2 it’s definitely worth the money, but not for a para 3.Don’t have a LW model to test this on but I’m guessing the same rule applies.Knocked a star simply for false description, absolutely love it on my para 2.

Not worth the money. Yes it works, but it barely fits and is incredibly bulky and ungainly. So clumsy and makes the knife wide in the pocket. Gets in the way of cutting, might break off over use.Honestly, my Spyderco friends, just stick with the classic zip-tie. Much cheaper, easily replaceable and I haven't had a failure. Buy zip-ties instead, save money and have useful zip-ties left over. This little hunk of Chinese aluminum is going where it belongs, the scrap heap...Just my opinion, but not worth it. I gotta be real.

Don't listen to other reviewer, they clearly installed it wrong. Fits and works beautifully
