Never thought of making bite size cooking using a silicone mat before but they look fun to try out. Mix your dough and spread it over the silicone mat and scrape away any excess.The mat is thin and very flexible so it's best to put the mat on a firm surface such as a baking tray to make it easier to remove from the oven when cooking is finished otherwise you may find yourself with a lot of escapee treats. The mat makes a lot of small balls at any one time so these will be useful for making 2 part chocolate balls that you can stick together.Bit fiddly washing up by hand as I don't have a dish washer. The mat is multi purpose and can also be used to protect your work surface from hot pans. Useful mould.

I got this mould to make my candle wax pallets. 468 holes can make many items. The food-grade silicone is easy to bake, clean and release from the mat.
