Love emm and the price is great!
Everyone hears stuff differently but I prefer this over my Linsoul kz zs 10 pro. Love the bass on these. I'm old so my hearing sucks but I put them up near my Linsoul Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite. lol. Great sound. Price is amazing.

Fixed: Received Used Item after Buying New
Update: Linsoul was extremely fast in contacting me and offering either a full refund or a replacement new product. It seems as though there was a mixup between labels at the warehouse. Customer service was very efficient and satisfactory. Product-wise, a solid pair of IEMs. I find the audio quality to be about equivalent to a set of wired Sony earbuds around the same price, but the shape and ear loop make them much more convenient and comfortable on the ear than traditional ones that simply dangle down.Warning: you may receive a pair of used buds that were not cleaned when you buy this product at full price! My first red flag was when the box opened and the contents were upside-down relative to the outside packaging, which is not normal for most packaging. Then the IEMs themselves had the plastic half-peeled off already and the inner box was dirty--both forgivable, they might've had a rough manufacturing process. Then I opened the earbud bag and out tumbled a pair of clearly used, oily tips with mystery white gunk on them. They are also the ones that I would've liked to use. Pictures show the used tips with a pair of (I believe) unused ones on the right--the difference is clear. If you aren't alright with shady practices such as offering used personal items (in my opinion, things that go inside of your ears are considered personal), then proceed with caution.

These sound fantastic!
These sound awesome, 12/10 I highly recommend these. I just got into the IEM world after being in the car audio world for a decade. The only buds I have that I love equally are my Galaxy Buds Pro with a Samsung phone for the higher quality Bluetooth codec Samsung Scalable Codec. I think these IEMs have better audio quality than my buds but it's really hard to beat the convenience of totally wireless Bluetooth with active noise cancelation and transparent modes. Even with the convenience my buds offer, I still love these IEMs just as much. They have the warmer tune bass I crave and overall sound fantastic. I will say they sound significantly better with a Qudelix 5K DAC AMP vs the USB C to 3.5mm 32bit 384K adapter I have. Part of that is my adapter doesn't provide much power so the Q 5K blows my adapter out of the water in terms of bass since bass requires more power. Even without adjusting the EQ curve I'm blown away. With the Q 5K there's a profile for these IEMs to level out the curve but I think they sound great as is. The one thing that needs changed is the cable. I got a linsoul 2.5mm balanced recessed 2 pin purple cable that is much higher quality. Cables won't make much difference in audio quality, but it certainly feels much nicer, plus going with a balanced 2.5mm cable I can push more power and it is a bit cleaner than the standard 3.5mm unbalanced. The in-line Microphone:The mic is alright in terms of quality, but it really needs to be clipped to your shirt or collar to be close to your mouth so the mic picks up your voice. If it's just hanging down then the mic barely picks up my voice and it's like I'm far away. The convenience of the mic though is handy so as long as it's clipped by your mouth you should be alright.Overall the only thing I'd change is get a balanced cable and then get yourself a decent dac amp to truly experience these IEMs.

One side not working
This is the second one that I got. Unfortunately this one came with one side not working 😢 I didn’t return because i use it twice a week and by the time the I didn’t had time to return it, I guess I will just have to get a new one. Btw it’s the best one for me for the price!

Really good for the price
I have a different pair of IEMs that is my favorite but wanted to try some others just in case. In a few situations where I couldn't use my favorites, I have tested 3-4 different IEMs and these have been my favorite substitute overall.Sound - Heavier bass than others, although still not quite enough for my taste but that's more of a fault of IEMs as a whole than these. The sound is smooth and good quality.Comfort - The part that goes into the ear is a bit long for my taste. It's not that big of a deal for me because I only wear IEMs while playing drums for ~20 minute periods, but longer term listening could be uncomfortable. Luckily if you have a cable that wraps around your ear, they shouldn't fall out.

not bad, but maybe cheap quality?
Okay, i have a castor bass iem, and i bought the qkzxhbb thinking that the bass should be better, but that wasnt the case, just felt the same, but less bassy and some muddy, and well, i dont have problem with that, but the real problem came when in less of two weeks, one of the two sides started to feel less loudier, and i thought that the problem was my ear, so i took my castor and put in my hears, and were working like new, soo it wasnt my hearing, the problem was one of the sides of the iems, still, i didnt like the size of the iems, because they were too small and i cant adjust them on my ears correctly, soo the qkzxhbb are pretty good for half the price of the castor at least here on amazon, but i wont buy them again if they stop working like that, instead ill buy some castor pro when my castor stop working (and yes, my castor did survived some common times when i dropped them accidentally)

It's just ok.
Keep on taking out to my ear. The support that you put around your ear looks like not flexible.
