The product design is great- it looks seamless when installed. Best to watch a video on how to fit it, as the instructions are pretty pants. Also, it requires the tool that came with the helmet to remove blanks - why they don’t supply another one I’m not sure, but you can use a small screwdriver if you need.Once it’s all fitted, it looks great, and the sound quality is awesome, but it’s just too quiet. There is too much wind noise (with a GT Air II) to have a conversation anything above 40mph. Which kind of defeats the point.The built in radio reception sucks too. If AirPods stayed in when putting the helmet on, they would be a much better solution.It’s a shame, because it’s a well designed product, but sadly it just isn’t fit for purpose, and therefore not worth the money.

This is my first helmet speaker setup and it’s awesome. Installation is simple with several online videos to follow and you can hardly notice the controls on the outside. It just looks way better than a big control unit stuck to the side of the helmet. Pairing was a breeze. Performance is where I was surprised. The sound is clear with plenty of volume; I normally only start mine at 50% and let it auto adjust when I speed it. Zero trouble hearing everything, even going 70mph on my Speed Triple. Music and audiobooks/podcasts sound excellent and I don’t have to deal with my headphones shifting every time I put my helmet on anymore. Not cheap but I ride to commute everyday so this setup is worth it for my Neotec 2.

Preso in quanto compatibile con la predisposizione del mio casco, nonostante il prezzo elevato per un prodotto di caratteristiche simili ad altri meno costosi. Arrivato in tempi velocissimi. Ho portato casco ed auricolare da un amico che vende caschi e abbigliamento moto per farlo installare. In meno di 30 minuti ho avuto il casco indietro. Ho connesso telefono e navigatore al Sena. Dopo tre settimane lo ho provato in un primo giro in moto. Audio ottimo, anche troppo alto di volume. Peccato che il mio articolo, dopo 9 minuti di orologio, si spegne. Riacceso, altri 9 minuti e si spegne. Ho contattato servizio Sena, super disponibili e pronti a rispondere ad ognimio dubbio, ho fatto i test richiesti ma purtroppo il problema è rimasto. Ho contattato quindi il venditore che mi diceva di renderlo per una verifica in laboratorio ma non ne aveva un altro da sostituire. Visto che mi serve per le vacanze, ho scritto al venditore dicendo che avrei fatto il reso per il rimborso e ha accettato. Sono tornato nello stesso negozio, mi hanno rismontato l’auricolare, rimesso nella scatola e spedito a mie spese al venditore. Che mi rimborsa, con mio enorme stupore, un euro e non i 317 spesi. Dietro mia richiesta di chiarimento mi dice che i cavi erano “piegati” e che il prodotto era “usato” e non avrebbe potuto venderlo (in ogni caso doveva rispedirlo al fornitore che avrebbe provveduto a verificare il malfunzionamento e molto probabilmente avrebbe reso al fornitore un prodotto nuovo e sigillato) , per di più mancava il velcro adesivo del microfono (che ovviamente non è vero in quanto il velcro è attaccato al micorfono, ovviamente manca la pellicola bianca che una volta che si stacca, si butta). Io mi dico: ovvio che è usato (una uscita in moto), altrimenti come mi sarei accorto del difetto del prodotto? Cavi piegati? Sono state seguite le istruzioni di montaggio di Sena, i cavi vanno “inseriti” dentro gli alloggiamenti e i canali predisposti del casco, ma come sono piegati tornano dritti senza problemi (sono fili elettrici, non tubi di ferro). Mi si dice anche che il prodotto è stato malamente maneggiato (questa proprio non la ho capita, visto che da fuori si può solo accendere o spegnere, non ci sono altri punti di contatto). Per fortuna ho fatto le foto durante il reimballo del prodotto dove si vede che è stato sistemato tutto come quando lo ho ricevuto e non ci sono segni di “malamente maneggiato”. Sono dovuto ricorrere al servizio Amazon, sempre eccellente, per avere i miei soldi indietro viste le continue e assurde motivazioni del venditore a non rimborsare il prodotto. Nel frattempo ne ho preso un altro, fatto reinstallare e testato subito. Non si spegne più, mi "parla" in italiano (prima faceva solo rumori senza spiegazione di dove ero finito nel menu') e funziona benissimo. La batteria potrebbe durare di più (un weekend, dalle 8 alle 17 circa, e poi il giorno dopo dalle 10 alle 17, solo utilizzo con navigatore, quindi senza musica, collegamenti con altri auricolari o telefonate), ma ho sentito che ci sono batterie per questo prodotto con maggiore capacità, andrò a prenderne una. Nella confezione non è presente l'alimentatore, ma solo il cavetto di collegamento. Peccato, un prodotto di categoria top dovrebbe avere anche un alimentatore.

This system provides a clean perfect fit in the Shoei Neotech II with easy pairing to our IPhones and second system with great sound.Installation is simple but I recommend watching a YouTube video rather than understanding the printed instructions.You must update the firmware; to do this you need a type C cable plugged into the Sena and then direct to your computer…the charging cord will NOT perform for this…I tried several times lol. The plain cable works like a charm, you don’t need the device shown in the instructions!Read the voice commands prior to using to avoid a bit of frustration.Note that you can voice control the Sena as well as Siri via the Sena microphone.A big thank you to the vendor and FedEx as well; this was the first time we have ever actually received a next day delivery the day after ordering! :-)

A parte che ci resti un po male quando apri la scatola e vedi per cosa hai speso così tanto ma va beh…L’installazione è stata abbastanza semplice, pensavo peggio. Una volta indossato il casco ho notato la buona qualità dell’audio, pulito e piacevole. In sella le cose si complicano, (forse è colpa del sistema comandi Honda) mi sono trovato in seria difficoltà a gestire il volume: stavo ascoltando musica ad un volume medio basso, mi arriva una chiamata e rispondo ma il volume è, di colpo, al massimo tanto che ho dovuto inchiodare per togliermi il casco! Magari devo prenderci ancora confidenza ma il giudizio non cambia.Audio ok ma troppo macchinosi i comandi.
