Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine,Potassium and Black peper - Ultra High Absorption, 120ct

So I bought this because I watched some tik tok video and figured out which of the millions of different kinds of magnesium would benefit me. 61, post-menopausal female. I gotta tell you, I was a little moody, had zero energy and when I say zero I mean some days I would stay in bed til I had to go to work, and do that for a few days till had enough energy to cook and get things done. I take 1 of these when I eat lunch and it gives me lots of energy and mitigates my mood.
