Good for the price and home projects
Worked perfectly with a little irrigation project around the garden, I did at home. Ran around 8 mts of 15 mm tube with little wholes across, to water my plants and got enough pressure. Easy wiring you just need a 12V/0.4 mA power source.

Worked perfect
Excellent - linked it with a led driver for sprinkler system and works sweet - control sprinklers on a WiFi socket timer now

Very useful valve, but you might need a screwdriver if your pressure is low.
I purchased these for my automatic watering systems in the garden. The valve works very well, but note that if you want it to operate at very low water pressures (about a metre head in my case) you need to remove the check valve from the output (remove the two screws holding the output connector onto the valve, and you can extract the valve and its spring), or you'll just get a dribble. The unit is supplied as per the picture, and takes a half inch BSP (tap) connector on the output. The input is 15mm but no nut is supplied. One from a B&Q compression joint fits. An input filter is built in. The diaphragm type valve, in my experience, is likely to be sensitive to dirt, and if using it with rainwater as I do, additional filtering would probably improve reliability. This isn't a complaint. A valve that only consumes 300mA when open is always likely to be sensitive to dirt, but is also ideal for solar powered watering systems. At the price, I would say excellent value for money, and I expect to be buying more of them.

Not sure what these are for
Bought these for a project only to find them having a tiny tiny hole inside the valve which hardly allows any fluids through unless you apply ridiculous pressure. Not fit for purpose

Works just great ..automated control via LED driver and Sonoff WiFi smart switch ,,can control using timer on eWeLink app
Works just great used a 12v 1 amp LED driver along with a ITead Sonoff WiFi-RF Smart Switch,,Can use my phone to switch on sprinkler and set up timer,The whole set up cost less than £25 inc Solenoid Valve and can be controlled anywhere you have data access or within 15/20m with key fob.The connections are 1/2 inch BSP parallel ,behind the nut at bottom is where the filter liesChanged the plumbing so the valve can easily disconnected during winter months to save it getting damaged by frost (last picture)

Well made
Purchased one previously a couple of years ago, (still working) needed another to expand my garden watering system, cost effective

Faulty valve
The valve didn't fully open and the water pressure dropped, tried with and without using the hose length and the sprinkler was fine without this. I've tried to blow air through it while open and it was like inflating a party balloon.

Inexpensive and perfect for the job
There's no marking on the valve to indicate +ve and -ve so you have to guess initially (or I've missed out on some tribal-knowledge somewhere). I have 3 of these operating my irrigation system and they work a treat. Inexpensive and perfect for the job.
