Yes I know it works with 110 volts im not sure about 220

This is not an ATX 3.0 PSU. There is no 12vhpwr to 12vhpwr connection to the unit. It will run any GPU but will require 12vhpwr adapter for the required amount of pcie plugs. I.e. rtx 4090 used 4 pcie connected to 12vhpwr adapter.
