Just like a new product, but half the price.
This product exceeded my expectations. This looked just like a brand new item. All parts and screws were present. Everything operates and functions as it should. I would buy from the company again.

Problem with the software and massive restock fee.
I bought this laptop for $1290 but there was a problem with the software. I couldn't add extensions to Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Brave. There appeared to be a registry problem. I liked the laptop but needed these extensions. I returned the laptop and they charged me a $645 restock fee? Amazon refunded me this restock fee in the form of an Amazon gift card. In the process of buying another renewed Dell from a different company.

This was advertised as Win 10 Pro. It came with Win 11. I made my decision based in Win 10. Very disappointing.

Seller response was good.
Machine had a keyboard problem and the battery was questionable. They offered to do a return but that would've required a full wipe and reinstall. I offered to change out the parts myself and they sent me the parts. I replaced them and all is well now.

No funciona y tiene sobrecalentamiento
La lapto presenta recalentamiento. Y al momento de resetear se apago y no volvió a prender más. Estab ilusionada por la compra pero ahora estoy decepcionada.
