Good purchase & this Vender gets 10 Stars for prompt messaging.
Looks Like I am the 1st reviewer on this chuck. The vendor was out of stock of the 80mm chuck and contacted me offering a part replacement of 70mm or 100mm. I chose the 100mm. They shipped it promptly. When it arrived; I needed some support for a minor issue and their responds was prompt given the time difference being around the other side of the world within hours. They offered a remedy and I countered and we resolved the issue, making me a happy customer. Now I am glad I chose this Vendor since on Amazon often vendor support is low to zero. My purchases were a sound choice and RAHISH TOOLS Store was upfront and on top of taking care of my issues: For this I would have given them 10 stars.I first read fully several of their other products reviews and then decided on using them for my milling project. I purchased an un-reviewed Chuck based on all their other Chuck's reviews; yes I took a chance or a gamble and it paid off. I received a Rotary table in and tailstock also on orders made the same day/week.; all just needing cleaning up and put to use. The chuck needed some elbow grease and it works perfectly.I like their products and will further consider them when I need more items.
