Works well

We have a dryer vent, which is ridiculous. It goes through the wall and up through the attic and out through the roof and with the new LG dryer it has sensors and there’s not enough airflow, and it would shut itself off, and we would end up with somewhat damp clothes nothing was ever dry. I found this and it is amazing. Highly recommend it. The only thing bad about it is it lacks directions and I figured out how to use it reading other peoples reviews and I put it inside a container which stabilizes it more and I had to zip tie the dryer hose to make it fit because the dryer vent was a little too big for that unit that I already had attached to my dryer, but overall, I love it!

It would have worked but too small for my dryer vent.

This does what it is supposed to do and looks nice on top of my 1.5 cubic foot dryer. The dryer already has a lint filter and a felt filter. This was just an added feature to control the heat and humidity. Sometimes I don't add water to the bucket if it's humid out and it still works great. A good alternative to venting outside. It honestly barely heats up the house and AC takes care of it. I just use it during the cooler morning hours or evening hours when it's not hot out.

I wanted something to allow the heat from the dryer to help warm my mudroom in winter without all the dust flying around. This works well for that. Was very easy to install, be sure to fit the top back on each time, that takes a minute, it's not difficult to do, just have to make sure it's on well. The warm air is nice to keep inside, and bonus if you use scented dryer sheets it smells really nice 😊. I'm not sure how well I would enjoy it if I had to use it I'm an apartment setting during summer, but if you did laundry in the evening, wouldn't be to bad. There has been no trouble with lint dust at all, and that was my concern. Cleaning is really easy, just pop off and clean out lint, put back on. Everything you need to connect to your dryer vent hose comes with it. Great product, fair price, and arrived fairly quick to.

So, the top is held on with two rather cheesy plastic clips - one of which was already broken off when it arrived. Getting a 4 inch dryer hose to attach to the coupling is a miraculous feat which we were unable to achieve and all in all the product is cheaply made. Very disappointing.Update: Seller took the initiative and contacted me and refunded my money so I have increased my rating due to the great customer service. So, if you are thinking of buying one, they were very responsive and wanted to make sure any problems were resolved.

The hose and clamps are great but rhe rest is cheap and flimsy. They also do not included screws so hopefully you have some of your own if you want to mountit to the wall. I would return it but I put screws in the top and bottom to try to keep them together. With out help the top just pops off as soon as there is any movement. Like when you push your dryer back into place. The hose is too short to have it go higher then your dryer so if that was your plan make a new one. Save your money and buy something else.

Reasonable price. I purchased for my dryer. been using mines about a year, so far so good 👍
