Quality is not at all satisfactory. Body is not tila steel, maximum plastic is used. Even no extra refill is added in product, which was claimed and it was mentioned that 0roductbis returnable and amount will be refunded, but now after purchasing, here it is mentioned that product will be replaced. It is not a good policy, I want to return and get refund. Because quality is not satisfactory.

It is upto the satisfaction of the person who has to use it. The mop is extremely durable

Its been 6 - 8 months and daily usage. The spin machanism works well. But the outer plastic is utter garbage. Very low quality. Breakes easily and the screew that holds the mop got loose.

Mop is very delicate and waste. Height is very less am 5.3 and almost I need to bend to knee level for better mop. And top handle(plastic) is slipping down . I tried putting gum but no use. Normally I used to enjoy mopping but with this stick I feel frustrated. No use. I am updating this again because the rod of the mop is bent and it will not be spinning any more. It's just the 4th time I've used it today and it is broken already. Waste of money and time. Worst product.

It's very law grade item.. I have only used it few times all the components fall apart... Difficult to clean the floor. The handle was not rotating properly.. worth less one.

Worst product half of the item was missing for eg the white party in the top was missing and when we received then steel handle was already dent .
