I had an issue with the product not working but the seller was brilliant and offered plenty of help and support, as well a replacement, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Very relaxing love the colour changing and the gentle sound of raindrops only put water in at the moment. As you can see my problem will be trying to get my cat Evie to stop drinking from it but I am happy just to leave the water in. It is very relaxing. I have this 100 day cough that is why I bought it. I coughed a lot less yesterday so maybe it is working already.

Guys, I bought this product and after just two months, it stopped working. It’s supposed to be an air refresher, but it just sits there looking like a sad mushroom on my table. It doesn’t sense any smell—just rain. Once the rain stops, it’s basically a lamp that starts making noise like it’s giving up on life. And to top it off, water starts dripping out of it! Seriously, don’t waste your money. Think twice before buying this thing, not like me 🥲🤣

This is a product that’s ment to be relaxing and sound like rainfall.. the motor is too load for one and then it just sounds like a drip… heartbroken

The media could not be loaded. Only faults I find is annoying you can’t remove the plastic clear section completely so can be hard to clean as water droplets dry and cause water marks. Also vapour isn’t much but other than that I love it and everyone else loves it too

Looks like the pictures. The mushroom top is white plastic.There is a clear plastic cover to avoid the raindrops from going everywhere but this does make it a little tricky to fill the tank.The lights generally are soft changing colours but some are more abrupt. Don't really notice any difference in the "mist inensity" settings.Quiet motor sound, I reckon people could sleep with it on.Also it randomly shuts off after a minute of being on sometimes - so not 5 hour shut off and Ill have just topped it up so not low on water either- bit glitchy. Press it on again and it runs fine. Good just not great.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the money, so relaxing, I use different oils for however I’m feeling, I can hear the rain over a fast setting on a stand fan and the colours are really pretty
