I bought this phone for my 92 year old grandmother. For starters, when you try to call someone you have to click contacts then ok to go into your contacts to start scrolling for someone. She just needs to hit contacts and have them pop up.Secondly, it has an auto shut off/on and just kept turning the phone off even though I never turned it on. It forced me to set it up and the phone still turned itself off again though I’m unsure why.Lastly, today when you try to call it doesn’t ring or go to voicemail. It just says calling and does nothing.I tried to find something simple and I’ve already had to drive over 3 times because it’s left her without a telephone.

Great value for the price. The phone is lightweight, the buttons are large and easy to read, and the sound is loud. All items needed for elderly use. The phone is very easy to use and even had some surprise features, such as FM radio which worked really well. The setup instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The SOS button on the back side is also a nice feature.

I gave this phone to my elderly neighbor to get ahold of me if an emergency were to occur, or if she needed to get ahold of me. She hasn't stopped raving about this phone, and has said "It's her new favorite thing."

Do not waste your timeI activated SIM card included and it never came on. I called 800 number and was told allow 24 hrs (I thought weird but ok). I started getting spam calls immediately after. I called following day and was told I’d get troubleshooting email to follow. No service just junk and headaches!

Nice phone for elderly. Phone battery not charged out of the box. Came with sim able to load data though website or number. Has FM radio which is nice. Great phone to start with and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. This is a basic senior cell phone that comes unlocked for just about any plan. I really like how easy it is to use, the basic menu, and SOS button. Highly recommend.
