Nice size. Good non-stick finish. Heats evenly and cleans easily.

This is far and away the worst, if not the only Oxo item I own, that I regret purchasing. One expects non-stick cookware to be ballyhooed with gimmicks and fussy care instructions. If one takes a little more than ordinary care…handwashing, no metal utensils, no stacked storage, and reasonable preheating…a quality pan should have a service life that, at minimum, meets the warranty coverage. I noticed my Agility pan started sticking before it was a quarter way through the 2-year warranty but attributed it to a rushed preheat. We now avoid using the pan because of how aggressively non-nonstick it is. Although it has 16 months of warranty, I would not desire replacement with another Agility pan.

You want non-stick? This is outright slippery! I like that it's appropriate for every kind of cooktop. While I'd prefer the steel actually in the pan (cost one star), the steel handle is handsome and my arthritic hands appreciate the light weight. Value for price.

This is my 4th or 5th Oxo non-stick. With new health rules they changed the nonstick coating to ceramic. It’s a great pan in every way except that eggs stick to it regardless of the type or amount of fat. I replaced it with a similarly priced Tramontina which works like you would expect a nonstick pan to. It’s a shame because the heat distribution, shape and handle are great.

The pan is good at non stick and an easy clean. handle is good. It does not have a lid and the center of the pan is convext so any butter or oil slides to the side as does an egg. Cooks Ilistrated got this one wrong
