This carving plate is excellent quality, the size is much more sensible, the steel is a good weight, great value for the money, I would recommend it.

All This Time I've Been Using Either A Serving Plate Or A Chopping Board To Slice Various Carveries, However It Was Either Cracking The Plate Or Gouging The Chopping Board, Therefore I Wanted Something Stronger & One That Doesn't Get Easily Damage.. I Was Given A Recommendation To Try The Dexam Stainless Steel Chichester Carving Dish ... Well It's Absolutely Brilliant!!, I Love It That The Meat Doesn't Slide Around, It's Actually Got These Sharp Prongs On The Carving Dish That When The Meat Is Placed On Actually Stays Put & Doesn't Move Around While Carving! Excellent Product & An Excellent Price!!

Outstanding quality, should last a lifetime , decent size too

It feel sturdy and the size is great....just what I wanted.One thing though (the reason I have not given full stars) - I wish the bottom had some kind of rubber, or non slipbottom. I find it slips on work surfaces...however I put a damp cloth underneath and it works grand!Thank you

This is a really sturdy and good sized carving dish - will fit our Christmas turkey which is why I bought it. The shape means the juices will get caught in drip trays at the edges and easier to pour off for gravy. Really pleased with speed of delivery and packaging - thank you!

An excellent piece of kit. The metal is heavy duty and the spikes make the meat very secure so you can pour the juices from the meat into another container without any spillages. It came up a treat in our dishwasher so I think it is worth spending a little extra for something which will last.

This is our second of these carving dishes, the first was a wedding present given to us 47 years ago. I can't believe we found another to replace our old one which was looking a bit battered. The design has only changed a little bit with a pair of little feet being replaced by a dip to hold more juices. Congratulations to the manufacturer for keeping it going all the years. This new one should see us out!Great material, long lasting, easy to clean and can cope with a small joint up to a huge Christmas Turkey!***EDITED*** Was 5 stars, now 3 stars.After using this carving dish for some time I have noticed an odd discoloration of the "stainless" steel. Bluish stains appear when the dish is clean and dry. They are not apparent after washing but next morning when I took it out of the drying rack they had reappeared. They don't affect the function of the dish but look unsightly when you're about to put your food onto it! This never happened to my original one which I had for years, I can only assume that there has been a reduction in the quality of steel used. Shame. 🫤
