What are the O rings for?
Looks absolutely rock solid and really meets my needs for a combination shackle and trailer ball. I received about five O rings with what was shipped to me. Maybe they're supposed to be used around the shackle bolt? I actually used 316 stainless seizing wire to keep it from turning, but I'm wondering what I'm missing. Thanks!

Solid hitch
Very heavy duty, came on time and the description exactly as stated. Have it installed on a UTV, not used yet but seems like it will work well for towing small trailers around the property.

Autodur is a good company
I have a brand new 24 tundra. The Hitch lock was just a bit to short but hte shackle and hitch are great. I reached out to AUTODUR and they responded that they would send me a new lock. It arrived today and to my amazment it fir perfectly. In this day of it is what it is... to have a company actually follow through and do what they say is a huge testament to AUTODUR. Great product, Great price, Great customer service. Nothing but great things to say. Thank you .. a happy customer and new friend in Georgia ... Robert

Stay off my bumper!
Although I do tow on occasion, I bought this rig primarily to ward off people that Park too close to my rear bumper. The red D hook is a very nice touch to go with the other red tow hooks on my GMC AT4. The only downside, when I removed the d-ring from the package there was a chip in the paint, it definitely is not the highest quality paint but it's not bad. I kept it anyway.
