I'm building up my grip strength to not get fatigued pushing in my clutch on my Harley when in stop and go traffic. All of these ifbused right have been working really well. Starting to develope a stronger grip and notice tone appearing in my forearms.

Everything looks wff ed Almaden. However I can’t get the gyroscope to keep spinning. Cannot find program to direct how to use.

I bought all of this to mainly work with the gyro ball, & have the other items to work with as l go. So no matter what I've done the string does not curl around the gyro or anything else I have done. Sure would have liked some instructions @least on this one little ball.

I have used other gyro-balls to good effect. I was attracted to this because of the gyro-ball but also they were “throwing in” other grip exercisers. This gyro is manually wound up against a spring and when released is supposed to rev up to 1500 - 3000 RPMs. Best I could get was maybe 500 RPM with negligible torque for less than five seconds. I would have returned it, but the other exercisers aren’t bad so we kept it. Ball sits in a corner and sulks.

The gyro ball is legit. For the most part, all of the other items are decent. The “individual finger thing with springs on it” is the only weak point. It works, but it tends to bind up and provide inconsistent resistance due to the plastic-on-plastic design.All things considered, a solid package for the price.

This ball is fun as hell .It's a great toy to bust out while drinking with friends and it's one heck of a workout.The other items are just a bonus to the fun.

The gyro ball will wear you out. The only thing I didn't like was the one set of extension exerciser. I use these about every night and have noticed a difference.
