Easy and simple to use
I bought this for a friend that was interested in sewing. She thanks me every time I speak to her. She has repetitively told me how easy and simple the machine is to operate. She is now making garments To sell online. The machine has been a blessing for her.

Worst sewing machine ever. No access to bobbin case
First of all, you can't access the bombing case on this machine. The drawer doesn't pull out. It doesn't come off and if you unscrew the switchblade, it's not a drop in bobbin. It's a front loading bobbin and all the videos show you taking off this front drawer that has little tools in it while my machine it does not come off. It's like glued on there forever.. the crank wheel would not turn when I got it out of the box and I thought what on Earth is wrong with this thing. So I finally got it to turn and then when I was threading the machine I noticed that the threader is all chewed up the little plastic threader part that puts the thread through the needle. It's like somebody that their dog chew on it and then put it back on there. It's all cracked and dirty and broken. It's like somebody that their dog chew on it and then put it back on there. It's all cracked and dirty and broken. This is supposed to be a new machine, that wasn't a return. And so today I'm returning it and I put in a return on Amazon and they're sending me a replacement!! That's not what I asked for. I would never ever want another one of these sewing machines. How on Earth are you supposed to use the machine if you cannot get to the bobbin case. Also, the spools that you put the thread on didn't want to come up out of the machine. I don't know what happened to this machine wherever it was in a warehouse but something did. Even if you watch the video from the manufacturer, this little drawer on the front is supposed to come right off and you can get to the bottom case. Well that is not how it works.Do not buy this machine.

Works great
Does amazing quality for its price. It is able to sew through denim style clothes. I primarily use it to sew patches on the coveralls. It is expedited the process and now Iām able to do it for others in 1/3 of the time

Not really heavy duty
Not really heavy duty. This is really a beginner unit. Very cheaply built with a lot of plasticIt does sew cloth, for what it is worth!

Good price-to-value proposition, with high quality documentation
I had to organize an event that needed some (quite a bit of) sewing to be done, so I decided to get a machine to finish it quicker. The main point I was looking for is cheap while useful, since I anticipated to only use it a few times. This product is great for this usage. I was able to finish the projects pretty quickly. Was a great help. Supports many stitching styles. Its positives: the merchant provided many very helpful video tutorials on the product page (I think if you enlarge the picture list, they are in there) which helped get started quickly. I had no absolutely prior experience using sewing machines, so that was a great help--part of the reason I picked this product over the others. The others either came in text and picture manuals, or simply lacked it altogether. I much prefer video manuals as a beginner.

over a year later.
I've had mine about 18 months now, so it has seen some use for light projects about 4 times. That said... I kinda hate it. the price was good, I was desperate. But this bobbin case? I've seen others complain about it. I do not know how to put it into words, I'll just say it is very difficult to thread. Otherwise, for a cheap off brand sewing machine, it is okay. But this Bobbin? I wish I could get my money back. Even after 18 months (ish) I am so frustrated. Now, after this period of time, I literally can not finish a simple project I am working on. So it's like... do I just buy a new comforter, or a new machine? the comforter is cheaper than a quality machine.
