Q: Will it fit plus size women?

Only if you are comfortable going about your life with the equivalent of a rubber band about your waist. For me, a hard no. And that bs about 57 inches is stretching what looks to be a 3/4 inch piece of average elastic belting about four times it’s length - to be generous. This product is sized for ballerinas only, unfortunately.

If you’re referring to the strap, it will get very short. It could fit someone who is very thin.

Q: will it be comfortable to wear as I am consistently moving around?

It is comfortable to wear. And the battery lasts up to 6 hours of constant working time. Will not shut down every 15/30 mins.
