Mine arrived looking as though it was already used or had been thrown around. Doesn't fit properly on my chair with its rubbish clumsy fitting. It feels unstable and cumbersome. Just total rubbish all around, save your money.

Doesn't stay firm after screwing it and just slides around. The button you press to lift it a few centimetres doesn't always work and so it does not slide up all the time unless excess force is applied. Worst thing is the tilt functionality. It's a good idea that has been executed rubbishly. You lean your head after putting it in a position and then it just changed position. You can lean your head at all. They should have added a stopper in each of the level so it atleast stays in position
