My teen loves it
Got this as a Christmas present for my 13yr old. He loves the "aesthetic" this gives his room. It's a lovely compact size while still giving big impact. Color change feature and glowing jelly fish give a real wow factor and the option to remove lid and enjoy a light show on ceiling is extra cool. Motor is also very quiet, so no complaints at all!

Out of the box the water pump/motor doesnt work
Not only does this cost a fortune but the motor/water pump doesnt even work. This really isnt good value for money, looks cheap.I have seen others that are cheaper amd have more features and I’ll give one of those a go. Cant get any worst than this anyway…

Good product. DONT BUY SEA HORSE pack
The media could not be loaded. Awesome product without the addition of the sea horse. Becomes one big clump of mess . Save the £20 and stick to just the jellyfish at some point the jellyfish will just lay at the bottom but does tend to float up after a while -5min . Overall good product

Worked out the box no issues (had issues but company resolved it)
The media could not be loaded. I looked up the how to video for this lamp and followed their steps. I used distilled water NOT deionised water to fill the tank and I put the jellyfish in like they instructed and it worked first time around. There was a build up of micro bubbles a few hours later which is normal and I shock them off the jelly fish and I’ve not had any issues at all ever since.EDIT TO ADD: - the jellyfish now just sit at the bottom. i've tried everything to get them to work, what a waste of money. it was great when it worked but now they lay at bottom and i can't access the pump to see if the flow value is set to low because it's glued shut and if i try to force it i'll snap the housing. I've tried to find answers but all i've found is a short video saying just pry it up with a screwdriver. the lid is glued SHUT. no amount of prying is going to loosen it and even then if i manage it how do i re-glue it? absolute waste of money, AVOID.EDIT TO EDIT:- company solved my issues, i just needed new jellyfish as the ones i had were the issues, company did this free of charge so i CAN recommend this lamp as the aftercare was brilliant.

Very disappointing
I’m am so disappointed with this, one of the supplied jellyfish didn’t even float, stupidly I also bought the seahorses which were even more useless and I can’t find any way to buy replacement jellyfish 🤬🤬🤬
