Great Noodles, But Disappointing Seller Experience
I recently purchased this 10 pack ramen noodles from ITSU and was delighted with the taste and quality of the product. However, I encountered a disappointing issue when I received only one pack instead of the 10 packs of 4 portions each that I had ordered for £15. Upon contacting Amazon support, I was met with outstanding customer service. They promptly apologized for the error, assured me a refund, and even allowed me to keep the single item.Upon further investigation, I discovered similar complaints in the reviews, suggesting this may be a recurring issue with this seller. The discrepancy between the labeled price of £6/kg and the actual price of £15/250g is quite significant and disappointing.Despite this, I must commend Amazon's customer service for their swift response and assistance. I'm eagerly awaiting the refund, which they mentioned could take up to 48 hours to process.

Only one pack arrived
The item description & image is very misleading. I only received one pack of noodles, when the listing claimed it's a 10x multipack. I had to go through webchat to get the correct item sent, but when the replacement arrived, it was exactly the same single pack. I've now been issued with a refund, but this item needs to be de-listed as it's bordering on a scam.
