After having my car for a number of years, I found the original entertainment system to be lacking the features of more modern cars. I love the car (2014 BMW M5) and this seemed to be the best option to upgrade. Installation was incredibly easy, a couple of settings to adjust and it was up and running within an hour. The touchscreen is very clear with a higher resolution and quality than OEM, it's fast and responsive and fits perfectly in the dashboard. Has all the functions of the original system with the added bonus of Android auto/carplay.I had an issue when switching back into the idrive, so I contacted the support number in the manual and they were very helpful, offering a system update to try which solved my problem and somehow even improved the system.I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade to this system, and it definitely is a huge upgrade over original. The price is unbelievable considering the quality and functionality and I would happily recommend this to anyone considering making an upgrade, I honestly can't fault it

I had installation issues (my fault entirely) and the customer service team responded within minutes and sorted me out. The device itself is fantastic.
