Customer Service Top Notch - Dishes Clean Too!
Excellent customer service. I had gotten the 8x12 pack box, and received some damaged packs. They made this right and promptly refunded me. Will certainly be using this seller in the future.The dishwasher packs are pretty cool, too. Second time ordering the 8x12 pack box. Very convenient, no leftover residue, cheapest way to purchase Finish Quantum tabs, and they work pretty good.

Small packages but same price as Costco
I bought this because I needed it faster than going to Costco. They came in a million small packages which feels yucky for the environment but did what I needed.

I've been a loyal Casade user for years, but I am also someone who likes to experiment and try new things. They don't always work out for me, but I never want to stop looking for 'newer and better.'I'm impressed with these Finish Tabs, though. The packet is small and condensed, which makes it fit nicely inside the space in the dishwasher. Compared to the size for the cascade tabs, I started to doubt these would work as well.Normally, my hubby feels like he has to 'wash' the dishes before we 'wash' the dishes, if you know what I mean. So thanks for a little chili party, I was able to squeeze in a load of lightly rinse dishes, instead of the usually scrubbed dishes he loads (it's our deal: I cook, he cleans.) They came out spic n span and perfectly shiny. There are no spots that dried on the glasses.Now are they better than the Cascade I've been using? Honestly, they are comparable. They both do the job giving me clean dishes so I can't lose with either one.

The order was made for eight packets. Now we have a total of 12, which surpassed the short.
The product is fine and as advertised but the count was wrong. The second package provided an overage by four packets.

Great results and no perfume after-smell.
Comparable or better than Cascade platinum tabs in terms of performance. I like these much better than Cascade tabs, as these do not leave a heavy perfumy scent on plastics like Cascade does. A little less expensive also.I’m 100% pleased with how shiny and residue-free our dishes are coming out of our Whirlpool dishwasher. We have hard water but get no spotting with Finish Quantum tabs and Finish rinse agent.Finish gets

BUYER BEWARE!! THEY DO NOT SEND 8 PACKS!!!
I ordered this "8-pack" of Finish Tablets (12 per bag/pack). But the inner carton from the distributor or the manufacturer only had 4 packs! If you call the 800 number for the seller, you get a TERRIBLE connection (somewhere across the seas) and all they tell you is to contact Amazon - no help at all. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RUN TO UPS TO RETURN THEIR FAULTY ITEM!! (The product, itself, is very good. Just don't buy it from this seller!!)
